Payment Agreement

Welcome to Fun-clean! To protect your rights (referred to as "you" hereafter), please read this Payment Agreement (referred to as "this Agreement") in detail before using this service, especially the bolded sections. Unless you have read and agreed to all contents of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use this service. If you purchase or use this service, it means you have reached an agreement with Fun-clean and voluntarily accept all contents of this Agreement.

Article 1: Acceptance of Terms

• 1.1、This Agreement includes the main text and all rules published by Fun-clean now or in the future. All rules are an integral part of the Agreement and have the same legal effect as the main text. If you refuse to accept, you may terminate the registration process or use.
• 1.2、By accessing Fun-clean and using the service in any way, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to accept the terms of this Agreement.
• 1.3、Fun-clean reserves the right to revise the content of this Agreement as necessary and update it through announcements. Once revised terms are published, they shall take effect immediately. If you do not agree with the relevant revisions, please stop using the service immediately. If you continue to use the service, it will be deemed that you have accepted the revised terms. In case of disputes, the latest terms shall prevail.

Article 2: Payment Service and Usage Rules

• 2.1、If you activate this service, it is deemed that you authorize Fun-clean to deduct the corresponding service fee from your Apple ID balance when purchasing paid services.
• 3.2、If an error occurs during the deduction process, Fun-clean and you should cooperate closely to identify the cause. Each party shall bear the losses caused by its own fault; if the losses are caused by unequal fault of both parties, the responsibility shall be borne according to the degree of fault. If both parties are responsible, the responsibility shall be shared equally.
• 3.3、The service provided by Fun-clean is limited to use on the Fun-clean platform. Any attempt to circumvent payment by maliciously cracking or other illegal means to use paid membership services constitutes a violation of this Agreement. All legal consequences arising from this will be borne by the perpetrator, and Fun-clean will pursue legal responsibility according to law.
• 3.4、Price List:
  - Weekly VIP: $3.99/week
  - Annual VIP: $24/year - Lifetime VIP, $38/permanent;

Article 3: Suspension, Interruption, and Termination of Service

• 3.1、Unless otherwise notified or announced by Fun-clean, this service will remain valid for an extended period. This Agreement takes effect once you accept or use this service and terminates when you terminate this service or the VIP membership expires.
• 3.2、Fun-clean may immediately terminate the service to you under the following circumstances without any liability to you or any third party:
  • (1) A valid legal document from national administrative or judicial authorities confirms your illegal or infringing behavior, or Fun-clean, based on its own judgment, deems that your behavior violates the contents of this Agreement, the usage rules of the Fun-clean platform, or relevant laws and regulations;
  • (2) Your behavior disrupts the normal operation of any part or function of Fun-clean;
  • (3) Fun-clean deems it risky to provide this service to you;
  • (4) You use Fun-clean for any illegal activities.

Article 4: Miscellaneous

• 4.1、The failure of Fun-clean to exercise, enforce, or fully enforce any right under this Agreement or according to the law shall not be deemed a waiver of that right, nor shall it affect Fun-clean's right to exercise that right in the future.
